You seem a little biased, but you might be totally right still.

On the topic of this evolution with age - in that chapter it seems that the way that he perceives as right (i.e. away from young idealistic spooked perspectives, and towards more egocentric aged guy) happens automatically here. That's surprising because otherwise it doesn't seems like he feels anybody is naturally adopting his way.

Also, I need clarification: To what extend does Stirner say other people are his property?
And how does he explain that other people are not really easy to use.
If he says something can only be your property if someone can't just take it from you, how are other (and/or capabilities of others) every truely yours?

I think actually going out with the purpose of approaching is a waste of time, but trying to do it a few times and seeing that you don't get away with scars from it is a good lesson for 4chan browsing guys.
I went to Starbucks reading my Stirner copy, saw a qt and went to her -on purpose-, started talking to her with a questiong that wasn't one, "is this seat (on the other side of the table) free" and when she was receptive I started to talk about the books I had with me. I kept talking to her for 30 minutes with the intent of getting laid in the end and I'm banging her for 7 months now.

I "don't do this often", but knowing you can is not obvious. Start to talking with girls who are apparently wait for someone on the street for several minutes and intentionally get into a nice conversation (as I did yesterday, which after I ask for a date ended in "*smiley* my boyfriend wouldn't like that") can be done casual and isn't scary or insulting to anyone.

A tl;dr version would be to identify mental concepts/spooks (like following the bible/being a vegetarian/fighting for the fatherland/being good human) and adopt only those principles you want. Stirner is theoretical and pretty hard to put to practice, I'd say, because of Pure Ideology and compromises you'll have to take, living in a society.
