generally, I despise plot twists, you usually either see them comming from a mile away or they come completely out of nowhere in works by authors who seem to think writing a twist that there is no way to see comming somehow makes them clever

this thread isn't for those books; in this thread please post books with twists you actually enjoyed

you can't deny it has some awesome bait and switch plotting, though
