You're asking the wrong question. How do you stop practicing an Ancient faith that's been dead for thousands of years past failed promises? All you have to do is walk out away from the storm clouds to see the sun and breathe. You've lived your whole life on someone else's treadmill. There's so few paths left to trot oneself that the answer is obvious by seeing what your temples destroy. That itself is the grestest quest and spiritual education of one who does not open their mouth for gullible "aaaah" but discerns meditation and school. Just googling primary sources of nonAbrahamic spirituality or metaphysics is 100% superior to the machine that is really good at doing the wrong things. Abstinence and fasting are the first spiritual detox practices. The body knows. Know thyself. You will be smarter after and have endless books neatly organized for you in the libraries that you still resist clicking through.

This book is awful. It takes a bunch of famous and successful people and reverse engineers a "formula" accounting for their success. Spoiler: It's the (largely discredited) 10k hour rule. It then proceeds to repeat this claim over and over again with the typical unimaginative style and copious filler characteristic of all pop-science books. You're better off reading the 48 Laws of Power, which despite being pretty fedora-tippy, is at least entertaining.

[ERROR]

I've just finished reading Laramie, does anyone know any good expressionistic/surrealist plays. I hear Angels in America is good.
