>Tell her I sometimes work on a novel I've been writing for the last couple years
>She asks about the plot
>Tell her I would be embarrassed to say what it is and mention that I'd like to be like Kafka and just write for myself and never publish anything
>She gives up after a couple more attempts
>Tells me she's impressed with my work ethic and creativity
I think if I made some shit up about writing a novel with a female protagonist I would have been able to cooooooom inside her
