Books that will help me improve my charisma and stop spilling my spaghetti?
On some days im quite sleazy and confident but most of the time im like timid mumbling beta fool with massive anxiety (especially If I fap - next day im always a tired brainfogged massive pussy)

So I used to be a big reader but between college and this corona shit I can’t seem to pick up a book.

Any tips to get away from screens and read?

Well then, this “I am” is not a thought; “I am” does not consist in thinking of “I am”.

It's weird for me in some ways, fun in others. I've already had my wild years, accomplished things I'm proud of, and don't feel the same urges or insecurities as strongly as some other students. That's it. College has to be done for what I want out of life, and I'm eager to make the most of it.
