Redpill me on Auden

Redpill me on Auden. He seems like on of those guys that everyone knows about in the back of their heads when modernism is brought up but is seldom read. Pound and Eliot seem to be more preferred. I literally never hear anyone talk about him. Is he any good?

Am I missing something here? I've read over a dozen of his poems and the only one I found interesting and memorable was September 1939. Is Auden good?
