>Yet Dosto was 100x more influential than Nabokov every was.
So what? So was J K Rowling more influential in current times, widespread knowledge and fame than Dosto, doesn't mean she's any better.

Fuck Dostoievsky, Nabokov was right.

Fuck you.

>>15006023
You are a fucking idiot and didn't pay attention to the fact that the precise meaning and raison-detre of Nabokov's Lolita was so that there would be a higher aesthetic literary creation above everything else. You have no idea of what you're talking about, but please kill yourself.

>How'd you come up with the idea for your book?
First of all it was because I wanted to make a case for the philosophical ideas and thoughts that naturally came to my mind; as I kept on writing I started realizing that this was so intensely interesting (also, I showed it to a college professor and he intensely encouraged me that this was quality reading material) and eventually all of it expanded into two different sections of a book. One consisting of philosophy and thoughts; the other consisting of a fiction narrative. I've got 500 pages so far, and yeah, it's my first book.

>Do you have an ending planned
I have some idea of it but haven't gotten to that part yet.

>What software are you writing on?
Google Docs.

>What's your favorite food?
Probably spaghetti with meatballs, I think.

>Tell me a joke.
Dostoyevsky's prose.

I have three different translations and they all suck; C&p is unberably boring. There are no witful lines, no intricated prose, no imaginative description of things, in sum, nothing interesting or good about this book. It is terribly and incredibly stultifying to read. No wit in this book whatsoever.
