I can and do say this because it is how I see a good life, a sort of Epicurean negative-hedonist life is a good one that others should give a shot. But we all have to will to live however, to make and break all ideologies as we see fit. Sure they're spooky, but discard the detrimental ones while keeping an open mind about (or sharp eye on) the better ones. Am I making sense? I am very novice, but isn't there room for an organic way to make your way through life?
