All the replies ITT are shit and the ones besides this will be terrible. You will just get some typical buddhist or western canon philosophy, the stuff that is good only for schizos to waste their time arguing about word efinitions.
Pic related is what you need if you want to really go deep down the rabbit hole. THe Robert Monroe trilogy. Start with the first book Journey out of body, then follow with the rest. You will question your life and what you live for. I read this trilogy 3 times, and each time I found better meaning in them
