I have the Paperwhite, quite like it too, Don't know about the others but:
>PDFs look kinda like ass (but if they're just text, converting them to kindle format looks fine)
>doesn't support all formats, but you can use calibre to convert literally everything to work on it so that's fine.
>If you're a mangafag that works too, but you have to fiddle a bit with "kindle comic converter" or some such to make it work. If the Manga has crazy small text you will hardly be able to read it but I've only run into that particular problem once I think.
Other than that, the text on the paperwhite is very crisp and I don't really have any complaints about it at all. If you can try to get maybe a leather cover for the thing, gives it a very nice feel but I had trouble finding one made from real leather.

I wasn't a fan of e-readers until I got a Kindle in 2013 or so. That eventually broke down and I've upgraded to a paperwhite. Reasons I love it:
>convenience
Not just the fact that you can have hundreds of books on it, but also the additional benefit of not having to leave your house. Everything that's ever been put into digital word you can put on your kindle, no need to go out, order and wait. (also I'm a germanfag, which means I usually had to wait longer if I ordered books in their original English language)
>adjustable light for reading in the dark without turning lights on
>very comfortable to read on
This was honestly my main concern since reading PDFs on my PC always gave me headaches and for some reason reading on my monitor is a grinding chore while reading an actual book or the kindle is very enjoyable.
>less heavy
>can FINALLY read comfortable while laying on my side in bed without having to hold one page awkwardly. (and fuck you, I will NEVER just bend it over) biggest gain desu senpai.
>pretty much impossible to lose your page
>my god the piracy
I'm a poorfag, and I get to read WAY more since I'm able to just pirate my books. Oh and I guess amazon has a bunch of free books as well
I really must say outside of outdated sentimental reasons there's not much I can think of where I'd rather have an old fashioned book over an e-reader. And I'm not a hippy in any sense but.. using less paper would be a good thing right? The only way in which a normal book is superior are technical books that place lots of pictures in between text. the kindle CAN do that sure, but it is the only place where there is a noticable quality drop.

oh and last but not least: You can put lewd manga on it. pic related.

I have a lot of porn manga on my Kindle pic related often flat but now always. It's what I fap to when I'm not at my computer. On the computer it's mostly all kinds of porn, I quite like camgirls too, but the problem is I can rarely fap to the same girl more than twice. I usually stay in their room and chat but after seeing them masturbate a couple of time it stops doing it for me. Not completely of course but it loses some of it's kick.

The only thing I for some reason is seeing men giving oral to women. I quite enjoy doing it myself but seeing a guy stretch out his tongue to lick a girls privates somehow just turns me right the fuck off.

Just get a kindle. PDFs look shit but you throw them trough calibre and it's super fucking easily converted into a more decent format for the device.

Hell on my Paperwhite I can even read Manga halfway decently. Pic related. (some manga translations ram tiny fucking text into their panels, those are basically worthless) so it all works pretty well.

Pretty happy with my paperwhite.
>Pretty high initial cost is offset by pirating a bunch of books afterwards
>Can read in the comfy dark without turning any house lights on (the PW light is adjustable, you can make it very dim)
>you can "carry" about a thousand books around with you
>I mostly read in my second language and if I don't know a word I can tap it and read the dictionary entry for it.
>literally impossible to lose your bookmark
>You can lie in bed on your side and you don't have one half of your book annoyingly in the way
>grills can read their porn books in public
>you can get an E-book instantly and don't have to hike down to the library or order it and wait. Also available 24/7
>People who read A LOT don't fill their house with thousands of books they eventually have to get rid of any more.
>If you are a buyfag ebooks are usually cheaper too
cons:
>No "Book smell" (all though you can, and should, put it in a protective leather case giving it a nice leathery smell)
>less sentimental value. Some people care about feeling the paper, and holding an object.
>Books with lots of pictures (childrens books or science textbooks and such) are usually displayed pretty badly.
>Can't give a book to a friend to read unless he also has an E-reader

Neutral:
Battery life. The Batteries in my PW hold for ages and usually I recharge it when putting new books on it. I never had to stop reading because it needed to charge.
