I had a panic attack today at school thinking about Fukuyama's infamous End of History article.

What if this is it? What if these are the final days of an endless future of rational, secular, liberal, parliamentary democracy and all "tension" in humanity is ever more fastidious introspection on individual identity?

Trump was supposedly supposed to be a refutation of this doctrine but he ended not changing anything. All future struggle will be sublimated into consumeristic identities constructed by mass media like "LGBT" to generate a false discourse. What if this is it? No more war, adventure, romance, poetry, or art? Just obesity and ever dwindling birth rates in developed societies until we go extinct from boredom.
