I listen to this via Xiaomi Hybrid In Ear headphones, that are quiet good when it comes to sound and noise insulation.
Then I put my smartphone and tablet on Flight mode and put them away from my table. I turn on my two lamps (Ikea Tertial with 12W Warm Light LEDs) so its really bright on my desk (I have poor dim light vision due to Lasik eye surgery so I need a lot of light).
I wear a pullover and sweatpants for maximum comfy. Every hour I take a break for a few minutes. That's how I go about it.
