ITT: Books recommendations that expose the true nature of a profession thing or place. Ideally something that deconstructs the thing though a narrative experience.

I just finished reading this book. It talks about the suffering and Institutionalization of doctors in the modern medical system. Its well regarded by those in the medical field. It really reads well and the reader gets a picture into the mental turmoil of the main character as he losses the will to be a doctor. I can see why its recommended to people heading down the path of medicine. The only thing that I didn't love was the writing of the sex scenes (as this is about life in a hospital's) I don't think the writing holds up. Its a good well rounded book.

This book is pretty similar to catch 22 with it humor. It also cause an impact to how doctors are treated.

Haven't read it but I plan to. Is it any good?
