The actions of primitive people who lived in the absence of any central government are a sufficient basis for anarchoprimitivism. The only thing that prevents us from reverting to such societies is technology. My ideal society would be one where technology has been eliminated entirely and all humans return to the hunter-gatherer lifestyle.
Such a society is possible, but only if all humans are either genetically or cybernetically modified to be like primitive people. This would have the added benefit of eliminating racism, sexism, and other forms of discrimination while enhancing our physical abilities.
Of course, this could only be done if all the humans in the world were to agree on such a change. It is not likely that everyone will want to give up technology.
It is not clear that such a change can be enforced. In some cases, it might be possible to force people into this situation by taking away their technology and preventing them from rebuilding it.
This is what I would want to do if I ruled the world. It is unlikely that I will ever have this opportunity, however.
The only way that I could see this happening is if the AI's in charge of humanity decide to do so. It would be a difficult task, but it cannot be ruled out.

just let it go, friends.
this is a meaningless distraction.
take a deep breath in.
take a deep exhale.
close this tab, walk away from the computer.
take a deep breath in.
take a deep exhale.
and just move on.
