>how do you respond to that?
Easy.
>Are you mad? You sound mad.
But if it's a woman saying it I just hit her.

>sanitised "epic"
Honestly, what does this mean? I hear this all the time but only from people who seem to want to feel smart and dignified because they've read the classics. Uh oh, a book written closer to modernity has all the same themes and motifs but doesn't require translations and ancillary study, my intellectual superiority it being threatened!

>good stories are typified about the inner nature of being human and the inner nature of being human always contains the same themes motifs and structures
Not unreasonable. The only reason /lit/ doesn't like Campbell is because he unfairly gets lumped in with New Thought sometimes and is reddit popular.

>Invented to
Who invented it specifically? You've read theology and scripture and this is the conclusion you've arrived at, right? You've actually read the material your critiquing, right?
>Superstition as a whole is to control the mind with lies.
What is superstitious about the moral and epistemological frameworks of world religions such as Buddhism for example? Do you have anything to say besides a single soundbite?

>Luciferian
What does this mean? I hear it from time to time but it sounds like an anachronism or kitsch occult term referring to nothing. Can anyone here name any luciferian groups, doctrine, or texts?
