Were you alone when you had the bad trip? I tried like a single Gram among friends and it didn't do much for me, although it put me in a good mood and sounds went strange. Thinking about trying a larger dose especially now that the cops got all my cannabis paraphernalia and im too cheap to buy new glass + hate blunts/joints anyway. Cannabis (but not so much that you cant focus) is fantastic especially when reading something thats usually hard to visualize for you
As for writing? Alcohol is best as long as you aren't getting totally wasted to the point that your damn stupid
