Seriously it's a religion, sure there's a philosophy aspect but it was DOA because nobody wanted to do that shit and the afterlife hook didn't work that well. Just like Christianity, that's why so much of it after a little while became reciting a prayer over and over and spinning wheels. Have you seen the movie "The Golden Child" with Eddie Murphy, where he spins the wheel? That's how you stop reincarnating, that's Buddhism after people figured out they can't pull off all the hardcore mindo expando shit they made up at Nalanda in 500BC. You may as well go to church, same thing-
