What the FUCK is the difference between morality and ethics?

I struggle to read without getting lost in thought after every few paragraphs, and it's not because I'm uninterested in the material. This is something that affects all aspects of my life including conversating. I can't concentrate on any one thing for long without going off in my own head. I also find myself stopping often to lookup the definition of a word only to quickly forget what the word means, and this can make reading frustrating and discouraging. I wonder how I even function at times, I don't know if I'm capable of improving.

Does anyone else here struggle or has struggled with reading through literature? Are there any tips or advice for staying engaged/focus on what I'm reading? I don't want to be medicated unless it's a last resort.
