Just to let you know, /lit/, the new Mishima biography "Persona" is pretty bad. It's this archaically-worded slog of a historical record that tells so little of Mishima as a person that you'll be surprised they can ever claim it's his biography. The first forty pages detail his great-great-grandparents on either side of the family and what they did for a living. It's fucking tedious and boring, and this is coming from someone who read Silk and Insight.

Hi /lit/,

First time poster here.

I've been reading up on Yukio Mishima, he seems like a pretty complex dude and I am interested in taking a look at some of his work. He has a pretty big portfolio, so I was wondering if you guys could recommend a good place to start. Thanks a lot!
