How can one course be so fucking disappointing and disgusting? This is real, by the way. I'm fine with diversity and reading literature by people of other genders, races, and ethniticities and the other sex, but when you have a class like this with not even a sample of Pynchon, it's gone past a certain point that I think is too forced. Thoughts?

Getting into postmodernism, I'd like to try to read some Pynchon and some DFW this year. What order do you recommend for the /lit/ postmodernist canon and which specific editions do you prefer for allusion-heavy books like GR?
