S'up e/lit/ists,
I don't really browse this board much so sorry if I'm a little shitty at this but I'm going on horiday in a few days with my family and we're going to the God damn beach where there's no internet or tv or anything. It's not that I mind that, I just need to find a way to amuse myself so my mom said she'd buy me any book I want. Thing is, whenever I go to bookstores around here I end up picking up a piece of boring shit because I can't be bothered to browse around. So I figured I'd ask you guys for some recommendations because you're probably going to be more help to me than anyone else.
My favourite book is Let The Right One In, I also like Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass. I'm not really sure what genre I like best but I hate things that are slow-paced and take a while to get into. I don't mind books with a slight romance element but I'm not really a fan of books that centre entirely around love.
