literally useless, most people that achieve action in this world have likely not gone beyond surface level philosophy, only learning their generalities

it's an unnecessary art, or science, whatever you wanna call it

for people that can't think for themselves, with so much disagreement, it seems philosophy has not resolved any questions that a regular person can't find out just by living

I've heard that you should start with Hegel's "encyclopedia of phil. sciences" and then read his "lectures" from his Berlin Period, and then read Phenomenology of Spirit, Science of Logic, and Philosophy of Right.

I've also heard you should start with Kojeve's lectures.
