How about the similar belief of your own belief about religion to a personal level, a mutual acceptance of who the other is. True love is not the elevation of the other to the sublime but the acceptance of the others imperfection (not believing in god) which paradoxically is the absolute, giving it all despite their imperfection.

So just accept who she is and stop imposing your beliefs. What would happen if the reverse were to occur? Your GF trying to de-Christianize you?
