Do you take melatonin?

It's occurred to me that I am very likely suffering(?) from this condition. All of the key indicators describe me to a tee:
>isolationist
>feelings of inauthenticity
>no close friends
>distant relationships with family members
>can't read others' emotions
>indolent
>idiocentric beliefs
>turbulent morality
>engrossed in mental fantasies
Can you think of any books (genre doesn't matter) in which this or something akin to what I've describes this is the major theme? Notes from Underground is the only thing that really jumps to mind. Thank you for any input.
