Workers have more rights and privileges now than ever before. How is the average Amazon warehouse worker more oppressed than a factory worker in 1924 or a coal miner in 1824 when they had no overpay, no sick leave, no pto, no insurance, no worker's comp, and no ability to sue their employer if a faulty piece of equipment left their crippled and disabled?

This is true only to an extent. There are still certain acts that are universally considered moral failures in almost all cultures - betraying one's community being an obvious one.

Then why are minorities currently publishing best-sellers and academy papers about how evil white men are? Also, why do women have so much power in society period when men could easily brute force them back into the kitchen?
