I genuinely think it’s out in 2024.
I also think he will punt on the conclusions because “the book just grew too big”.
We might get a two part book (again).
Dreams will now not be a coda but the conclusion according to George. Later he will claim he might need two more books to finish the story.
The story will not be finished. George will retreat completely to side projects based on the shows. Dunk & Egg stories (we might get a few but not enough so the show will be floundering again). Cap me.

You’re not gonna. Have you learned nothing yet? You get a big lead-up to the battle and then we cut to a different POV and then a while later some POV comes back to say “oh wow that battle was epic wasn’t it did you SEE those krakens woah”. GURM uses the literary equivalent of a cheap TV show cutting away from expensive scenes.
