Just finished the Mistborn first trilogy, and I'm not sure what to read next. I'm new to Sanderson, his only other work I've read was Warbreaker. In fact, I've not been much of a fantasy reader at all, but a friend whose taste I've had occasion to approve recommended it, and I actually really liked it.
I know Alloy of Law is the immediate next step, but the setting- what seems to me from the little I've read to be like a noir western in 19th century america but with magic- doesn't appeal to me much for some reason. Also, I heard it was an experimental transitory book to a second trilogy in the mistborn series, so i was wondering if i should skip to that instead. Then there's the Stormlight Archives, and everything I've heard about it and the way it handles its magic system seems to me that I'll love it, but the back cover doesn't yield much in the way of information, and I'm not so sure I shoiuld start a new series instead of finishing Mistborn while I'm invested in it. I'm also waiting to read Cixin Liu's 'Three Body Problem' trilogy, and the premise of the Aliens in the Dark Forest and how to fight them seems very similar to that of Ruin in HoA, which I really loved.
So which do you guys think i should start reading?

Need more fantasy books to cram through my eye holes guys.
Just got back into reading 'bout a year and half ago and i've smashed out all the top authors.
Gi'us some recommendations.

P.S. Why are there legit only like five fantasy series with decent magic systems? Fucks me right off.
