>It is no longer appropriate for man to think solely in terms of their own nations. Nations are not cut off from one another the way they were in Aristotle's time.

A lotta spooks here, kid.

With the possible exception of Wittgenstein, whom I'm hesitant to put forth as he was a bit a child-beating, God-believing sperg, philosophy has been at a major impasse since Nietzsche. I really can't think of anyone who's made a meaningful contribution ever since.

Why are you wondering if this applies to philosophical systems, when it clearly states scientific system? Also:

But if you want to be pedantic, he says scientific system: singular. By this, he's probably referring to the scientific frame of mind/way of thinking, and perhaps even method, which entails systematic observation, measurement, and experiment, and the formulation, testing, and modification of hypotheses. As opposed to philosophy/religion, there aren't really any 'schools' of science, merely different branches which all follow the same scientific method.

OR

You can pass Go and read Nietzsche, thus saving yourself a lot of retardation as you assume a reasonable anti-political stance.

If you want to know how futile the former is, just read Rousseau's Social Contract and laugh at how many times he appeals to spooks like Human Nature/General Will/etc.

If you don't want to use the term 'spooks', and possibly appeal to contemporary Lefties, then make use of Žižek's 'Signifiers Without a Signified' concept.
