This crushing sentiment of sand running through my fingers while I try to grasp it won't go away. I daydream of sailing a boat to endless seas, climbing mountains so tall I may kiss Gaia on her lips. I say daydream because when I sleep i dream of nothing but fucking hotties I see around. Oh wow, I wish I could just find meaning to it all on the bottom of an old forgotten box in my attic.

I am not very well-read. I think I would start with Hegel's Logic, then Philosophy of right, then Grundrisse and Capital, then Althusser.
Marxism strikes me as the only potent direction of thought of the left wing, because it seems the only one that is positively determined - unlike feminism, postcolonial theory etc. which gain the only semblance of positive content from liberalism and are negatively directioned in the rest (as they only relate to the existing norms - they are impotent in the sense of their ability to create on account of their own internal principles, because those are empty).
But this is just my feeling.

The problem with Mein Kampf is that historically, it is meaningless. It was never widely read by sympathizers not even by SA or SS, and certainly wasn't used as a framework to work with by the regime's intellectuals.
(Note : The exact same criticism is valid for the Communist Manifesto. No one ever read it in the 19th century, it was a failed call. Marx was more successful inside the 1st International. Overall, keep in mind that importance/relevancy given to a text nowadays might differ greatly from its relevancy during its time.)

I know how feel anon. I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. I'm getting separated from the military and I'm moving back to my parents' house. A few years ago I hit myself in the head with a rock and I got a concussion. I feel like I was not meant for this world. I can't hold down a job. My mind feels so dissociated from my body. Not having friends doesn't really bother me. I had friends when I was at school but even then I only interacted with them during the school day. When I went to the university I just stopped socialising completely. It was kinds of relief, because I could drop the act. In school you would be that lonely weirdo, but in university nobody cares. Having some contact with people is nice, but friendships and relationships sound like a lot of work. I'm happy enough where I am now, but I know there is something wrong with me.

Modern languages, may choose translation or international organization as a main subject, any advice from someone in the field?

I saw a pretty good few threads about 4chan's socio-political influence here not too long ago, but maybe they were good because the americans were asleep at the time and it wasnt a mainstream article. Nighttime 4chan is always better, but you basically need to have a death wish to want to discuss trump anywhere but /pol/ and expect intelligible replies.

Trump's media coverage is greater than the next 1000 most famous americans put together right now (according to mediaQuant) so I have no reason to complain if mods are actually cracking down on that. you can go literally anywhere else to talk about Trump if you feel like you need to.
