Read the Iliad and Odyssey and the Works and Days and Theogony of Hesiod, these four works are foundational to Greece; then read Oedipus Rex, then read Aristotle's Poetics(supposing you've read most of Plato and are in turn familiar with his style), then Oedipus at Colonus and lastly Antigone. You should start with Aeschylus now, his Oresteia and the likes. And then you can read the rest of Sophocles and start with Euripides. At some point you also definitely need to read Pindar, but he's one of the most difficult to translate so remember that, but when he's good he's fantastic and a billion times better than Sappho, who you should also read if you want. I think Heraclitus and Parmenides and I guess the other presocratics do much to elucidate a very implicit and unconscious character of the Greeks to modern man which we would normally not know. And this structure, specifically from Heraclitus in this case with all his emotion, can be seen in the Greek tragedies specifically of Sophocles, but not as much in Aeschylus who is likely the third greatest Greek poet below Hesiod and Homer.
