How do you stay in tip top health for you /lit/ related endeavours?

I've read so much that I've been having a lot of eye problems. They're all red and they hurt. Should I use eye drops? Anyone else have that problem?

I also lose sleep and feel weak when trying to read a lot while being busy in other things. I've been buying so many books that I won't have money for gas soon. Sometimes it keeps me up at night thinking I'll never finish reading all my books, let alone all of the notable pieces of writing.

I've read in a couple books that its normal to have health problems when seeking knowledge.

I'm planning writing a novel with a high function manchild as the main character. It would sell or sjw and emotive people are complete hypocrites and don't read about it?
