I thought it was poorly conceived, juvenile wish-fulfillment.

Been reading this book, its really great. Read for about 6 hours straight last evening/night. Novel about the gun culture in America, and how it changes as liberties are removed. Gets fairly violent and turns into the story of a fictional ruby ridge.

Book is out of print and goes for 250-400 dollars used online (check google shop). Its pretty subversive, but pretty well written, except for the extreme technical detail the author goes into about guns, and the slightly Ender Wigginsesque main character.

All in all a good read.
