who else should I read if I really like Donny D?

His style, themes, and tone are perfect for me. Tone is most important though. His is very cold and serious, whereas other pomo novelists like Pynchon or DFW have a wacky and goofy tone that I find fucking annoying.

I've never read anything DeLillo has written, but I got Zero K as a gift, thought it seemed interesting, and wondered if I should start with that or read some others first.

If so, what do I start with?
