For fuck's sake, I'm a straight white male, I just needed a vaguely related image to put in the OP. Just answer the fucking question I asked

It became extreme and unrepresentative. I remember seeing some chart from a diversity organization that showed black americans were proportionately represented until about 2012 when they suddenly became 24% of the people on TV. Similarly, gay people are 2% of the population but 10% of the people on TV. Basically you get the impression that the people making ads, tv shows etc. would prefer not to display icky pig-lipped white people at all and just have a 100% "diverse" cast but grudgingly put some in because the marketing department says so.

Will my family think I'm weird if I write about stories about deviant sexual practices like brother-sister incest and cousin incest? I don't want to actually do it irl, I just think it's interesting to write about.

>author uses word "enslaved person", not slave
>author uses "enserfed person", not serf
>dropped

I hate that people do this, it's so circumlocutory and stilted. Plus it clearly stems from neurotic American racial politics and then spread into discussions of antique slavery and medieval serfdom.
