Looking for some books to read. I have 'The Road' on my list and am looking for other books where the setting is post apocalyptic.

Also wouldnt mind some suggestions for 'intellectual' or some type of philosophical material. Not trying to be a tryhard faggot, just want some interesting books to read.

I'm writing a short story in a post apocalyptic setting, just wondering what kind of things you like to see in these sort of genres. Writing styles, use of adjectives and whatnot.
