Hey guys,
I just read Franny and Zooey by J.D. Salinger for the very first time and I really loved it! Can you recommend me books which are somehow similar to Franny and Zooey? What should I read next?
And: Yes, I've already read The Catcher in the Rye and Nine Stories by Salinger (I liked both)

Hey /lit/

I really enjoyed the Franny story for the most part, but i'm about 40 pages into the Zooey story and it is the most boring piece of shit I have read in my entire life. Do you recommend I tough it out and finish? Will it be worth it? There are a lot of books I could be reading right now and I don't want to waste my time if this boring bullshit isn't going to pay off.
