I've been listening to The Flaming Lips, their music is so uplifting but with the occasional touch of melancholy. It's perfect for how I'm feeling lately, I'm glad the algorithm recommended them.
I've also watched the film Another Round which also captured my state of mind currently, great film.

I have been having mini panic attacks recently where it feels like I possesed memories that don't belong to me and when I try pinpoint when in my lie I did this the anxiety kicks in. Its quite a strange feeling.
I also feel like an aliens amongs human sometimes, though this isn't something new; It's a feeling that has been following me ever since I fell into the pit of depression.

Despite all this, this is the best I have felt in the last 8 years of my life. I'm aiming for even better day, I just need to keep doing my best

Can I get a book rec for the realization that lifes meaning will never be found? With a dash of how can I approach women?.. because I'm really social but for some reason can't approach a girl if i'm alone in public but I know reading books won't help because philosophy is just mental masturbation, the real world isn't "found out" sitting back in your room writing and reading. You learn the nature of the true world when your out "doing", and "experiencing". Books on this feel?
