books to help cope with being ugly?

What are some books to help coming to terms with being ugly?
I've struggled with my looks for most of life and it's been very troubling. Occasionally I'll take a good photo and get a couple of compliments on tinder or whatever but most of the time when I see my reflection or a photo of me taken my someone else I look repulsive and feel shit about myself.

what are books that will give me an existential crisis and fill me with dread?
i often get caught up in little things and obsess over my stupid problems. i want some lit that will put my miniscule troubles into perspective.

I have the most important exams I will ever sit in July, which will decide if I get to go to the university I want, which requires me to get two A*s and one A.
I have an engineering challenge to complete for my school in a few months.
I have a ridiculous amount of homework.
I have a girlfriend who I have to keep giving attention to and visiting.
I work all day on the weekends.
I play guitar in a band and we have two shows next month and we're currently working on an EP.
I feel like I'm gonna break at any minute now, I have so much shit to do and it's driving me insane. I just want to move to a foreign country and leave my stresses behind. I have no time to do anything that I love or enjoy. I'm also huge procrastinator and I'm quite unmotivated. If I'm not doing my homework I'll usually just be on my phone scrolling through reddit or instagram and I never have time to practice my hobbies.
Please someone help my get my shit together, my life is all over the place and I'm not doing anything about it. I'm only 18 and I'm already sick of living.
How do I organise myself and keep myself motivated while also having time for my hobbies? If I keep going on at this rate I can see myself falling into a huge pit of depression.

After reading Suttree I read just about all of McCarthy's books except for The Road. I've since read most of Faulkner as well.
