>It's just blatantly wrong

Proof ?

>"Yahwism" was formed from semitic paganism African animism developed separately from the middle east

Wrong. It's the worship of Jehovah.

Adam was the first human to worship Jehovah

>During that same event the Israelites were busy worshipping Hathor

Some Israelites may have adopted polytheism back in Egypt. That's why Jehovah set the record straight by giving the 1st commandment:

« I am Jehovah your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. You must not have any other gods besides me. » (Exodus 20:2)

God is self-sufficient, he doesn't need us to praise him.

God made us for the same reason parents make a baby.

Because he loves us and wants us to enjoy life !

Everything God does is good. God is the highest standard of righteousness, no one can claim to know better than the Almighty !

Debunked.

recent studies have shown that circumcision may help prevent kidney and urinary-tract infections, which can be quite dangerous

In one study, uncircumcised boys were 11 times more likely to suffer urinary-tract infections than circumcised boys. The pediatric academy now says that circumcision “has potential medical benefits and advantages.”

While Christians are not bound by the Mosaic law requiring circumcision, the new findings do suggest that the law was of practical benefit to the ancient Israelites who obeyed it !

>Again, the evidence for biblical claims are not strong, especially relative to what is actually being claimed, especially regarding miracles. Contrast this to historical claims regarding far better documented periods of history, like the Roman Civil War, or WWII, or numerous other periods. Just because you can get a modicrum of evidence that would be explained by Orthodox Christian explanations doesn't mean those are the most plausible explanations.

Where we can check biblical claims against verifiable truth, the Bible proves itself accurate. History, archaeology, science, and philosophy have shown Scripture to be factual and consistent.
