I agree but I kind of understand where a lot of them are coming from. I mean obviously they can pull off massive psyops repeatedly (and as seen from these past two years in real time) and get away with them, so who knows what else they are lying about. It drives you insane.

Why is /lit/ less about literature and more about people arguing about old nonsense like Protestantism vs Catholicism, or how trad Islam is, how based monarchy or Orthodoxy is or whatever ideology/religion… It feels very inauthentic, like these people lice long after their parents and others stopped caring about this stuff, yet they feel a need to dig it up even if there belief in it seems fake or they do not adhere to it, and act as it’s representatives. I mean it is true that that the destruction of religion and other structures was intentional by malicious forces… but I do not think there is a way to go back to all this stuff… nor why would you even want to? The people under these systems probably hated it and wished for something else, just as people now don’t like the system. Let’s not trade one authority for another. I rather focus more on the escapism and beauty of literature rather than stupid old ideologies. Im trying to think less about all this hypothetical crap and more about real beautiful things and experiences.
