I often see writers/thinkers accuse one another of arguing in "bad faith". Like how Sartre accused reactionaries of acting in bad faith.
But i always wonder whether this isnt hypocritical, as the ideal argument of "good faith" is something like a Platonic ideal that can never truly exist, and complaining about it is like complaining that we cant really draw a perfect circle, only approximations of it.
So what really is good faith vs bad faith, and does it really matter?

Do you read poetry aloud or in your innervoice? IMO the best way to read poetry is aloud.

Because such books are band-aids designed to keep people ignorant of the more systemic issues at the heart of neoliberalism by giving the illusion of control. It's what all self-help books are. Theyve taken the role that religion once had.
