Started watching Morgoth's video about this bollocks earlier since it popped up in my feed, I turned it off halfway through though. I'm not going to give it my mental energy, I will ignore the shit out of it. They can't ruin my enjoyment of the content we already have.
Semi-related but I still haven't watched nu-wars either, and I never will.

I'm a self-published author in the exact same boat as these sad-sacks. I'd probably consider going to something like this if it wasn't too far away from my home. I'd be a little apprehensive though after I went to a "writers group" in my town and it was just a cramped room with 6 or 7 boomers in it and they all wrote crime.
