Well, here in the UK you'd need to attain at least a 2:1 degree classification in order to progress to Master's, followed by a PhD., which might involve some teaching (depending on the institution), though it's more likely to be seminar/tutorial work than lecturing. After that, you're qualified to be employed by a university - you just need to apply. Though, more often than not, your alma mater will offer you a job if you're not completely awful at presenting.
