What the fuck happened to me?

My attention span has gone to shit. For almost all of 2018 I couldn't read anywhere near as much as I did the previous year. How the fuck do you guys manage to read so much for extended periods? A couple years ago I was getting 50-60 pages per day even while studying and managed to finish about 30 books - most being ~700 pages. Everything I was reading was interesting and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Now I can barely stand picking up a book.

Should I try and get prescribed addies?
