Books that can teach me to love everyone (even homos and trannies) atleast to the degree where I dont want to spit on them.

I'm literally so disgusted by these people I cannot fathom how others seem to be okay with leaving these mental illnesses untreated.

I've always had a very strong sense of disgust but this is too extreme and I don't like psychologists. I want to solve this through books factual or fictional, anything but political books that shit wont work.
