So for first term English 101, I need to read:

Hebrew Bible
The Ramayana
The Aeneid
Odyssey of Homer
Epics of Gilgamesh

Second term has around 6 novels. Will I be having a fun 4 months?

Some people don't understand the purpose of building up an entire novel to one event (the bridge) and therefore see it as boring.

It's an excellent book, just finished it this morning.

Why is Hemingway hardly talked about here? His writing is the most unique I have ever read. He can fit more into one sentence than anyone else can in a paragraph.
