I have to comment that the pic shows a really bad strategy in the situation in context. Unless your Right and Left flanks are like some super cavalry and the enemy's right and left wing is retarded it ain't gonna work. Also considering the fact you're outnumbered as fuck.
Retreat is the only option - Unless your units are like fucking trained from birth beasts from hell and/or Polish cavalry.
