Brother Juniper is best. He practised charity with such a devotion that he was a nuisance to his Franciscan brothers because everytime he saw a peasant in rags he stripped bare and gave his clothes to the peasant and they would have to deal with a naked monk. He also once cut the feet of a pig and made a meal for a sick man and couldn't grasp why the farmer was angry.

His brothers took to hiding things they wanted to keep because Juniper gave everything to the poor. Everything. Franciscus said: "Would to God, my brothers, that I had a whole forest of such Junipers." Eventually he was forbidden to give his clothes away all the time, but he found a loophole and told peasants and beggars "I can't give you my clothes but I won't stop you from taking them".

We have never experienced anything other than life. Therefore we can't judge it as a whole since we know no perspective outside of it and have nothing to compare it to. Actually, we have never experiences anything outside our own lives. We know no perspective other than our own.

This lack of oversight and objective judgement makes the sweeping statements we make about life not so much general as a form of person self-expression. To be an antinatalist is to judge your own life as not worth living.

The problem here then is not that life is in itself something bad (it's wholly neutral, that is, it requires a personal subject for a value judgement to be possible), the problem is that you don't live it well enough to make the scales tip in favour of it. This is in itself a problematic approach, since as long as you don't kill yourself, living a good life requires a love for life. Short of suicide, a negative value judgement regarding life as a whole is the very thing that makes life a horrible endeavour. Antinatalists conclude they don't want to take the ride after the cart has started moving, and clinging to this knee jerk reaction against difficulties is the one thing that will guarantee a shitty existence.

Also, since you won't be able to stop humanity from reproducing, the most practical way to go for an antinatalist would be not reproducing himself and otherwise dedicating himself towards making other people's life less horrible. Thorough antinatalism praxis is basically saintliness.
