What are some of the most useful books?

Is this really such a shit way to get anywhere with people? I’m internally aggressive with people half the time I talk and don’t feel like it, I’m not trying to be some mid 20th century fedoratipper but I seem so resistant to appeal to other people I have to deal with rather than the thing that I want. This is the case whether it’s with people I work with (“Do the thing I want you to do I can be done with you”) or people I’m trying to meet and get to know to shoot shit with (“Like the thing I’m talking about the same way I do now please haha”). If not this book then what else would help me?

It is only under Capitalism that a soulless book like this can be written and become a bestseller.

I know this is a boring recommendation, but this is the best book on socializing. It's basically a step-by-step guide on what things mean and what to do.

During a depressive oneitis phase I read a ton of pick up books. The two good ones were:
Models: Attract Women Through Honesty by Mark Manson
The Manual: What Women Want and How to Give It to Them by W. Anton.

There is no book I hate more than this one. It is symbolic of everything wrong with American social custom and taking its advice will make you an immesurably worse person.
