Anyone know any S.T.A.L.K.E.R.ish books, or books with a similar setting of people having to scavenge and fight to scrape by?

Christmas is near, /lit, and i dont know which book could i get this year, so im here asking you for advice.

Im looking for some horror books. I prefer psicological horror, or bizarre-retarded horror, lovecraft style( but i actually prefer The King in yellow, so something like that). The thing is i have been reading a lot of lovecraft lately, so i would prefer the psicological fear. Madness and that kind of things are always cool.

I could ask /x/ for advice too, but they are pussies and i would like to read something scary, not zombie bullshit.

tldr: i need horror books. Zombies not allowed.

Got bored to tears last night and write a story about stalker and toasters. Half way through .... i have no idea what happened. Anyway long story short i showed it to my friend and he claims im a good writer, i call bullshit i cant write i just got bored. What do you people think?
